Ever since COVID hit and we have been mostly working from home, it obviously changed our day-to-day lives, but also allowed for some relaxed routines.
I usually start my mornings trying to avoid using my phone/computer for 30 minutes to an hour (and often fail miserably), I feel it allows for a clearer state of mind before diving into the madness.
During the day I work alongside the amazingly talented people in Wix’s BROADCAST team.
Depending on the project and what is needed, I’ll wear many different hats — 3D design, look-dev, 3D/2D animation, simulations or compositing.. so I definitely get to enjoy a staggering amount of variety in my work.
I cap my working hours with either weightlifting or going for a run, although this proved to be difficult the more wintery it has become, I’m much more of a summer person.
In the evenings when I don’t meet up with family or friends, I will usually binge some shows, interior design videos or... look for the perfect chair for my workspace (seriously guys, it’s been over 8 months, I need help)

Q: What sparked the idea for the collection?
As I recently moved into a new apartment, I’m in the midst of looking for all kinds of different plants and unique dried flowers. Being immersed in that world for a bit definitely pushed me in that direction.
As much as I love being a creative person, I still consider myself quite technical and enjoy being a problem solver. I’d say anything from a developer to an interior designer.

I find myself obsessing over interior redesigns lately. There’s a company named “Never Too Small” who’s dedicated to small footprint design and living and I just can’t stop watching their beautiful videos on functional design in small spaces.

Absolutely! I heavily enjoy doing R&D and this project basically allowed me to roam free and see where it takes me. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how far I can push it and incorporate it into projects.

Honestly, the biggest challenge was probably to mark any of the loops as done, with every new one I created I found myself refining the workflow, look and feel.
The feeling of going back and adjusting kept creeping up on me, in a seemingly never-ending cycle, until time ran out :)
